Pull Up a Chair to
Our Card Table
We're Davion and Dominic. We started South Florida Slabs with one simple goal: to enjoy the Pokémon hobby together, meet fellow collectors, and make trading fun and fair for everyone.
Davion & Dominic
Always sharing pack magic, binder sorting, and late-night trade discussions.
"Collect what you love, trade with respect, and never let someone overpay for a card they cherish."
1. How It All Started
It started like most great Pokémon journeys: ripping open a couple booster packs at the kitchen table on a weekend morning. The excitement of checking the energy card, sliding to the rare slot, and screaming when a textured full art popped out! Dominic was hooked, and Davion fell right back in love with the hobby.
2. Why We Sell & Trade
We noticed too many card shops and online flippers charging crazy markups, making it tough for kids and real collectors to build their collections. We decided to do it differently. We keep our favorite personal cards ("From our collection, not for sale"), and everything else goes to our table at honest market prices or starts at $1 on our live streams.
We especially love trading. Completing a set binder or swapping doubles to get someone their chase card is what this hobby is all about.
3. What We Want for the Community
Whether you're tuning in to our Whatnot stream from across the country or meeting up locally here in South Florida, we want you to feel like part of the family. No gatekeeping, no attitude. Just pure hype, honest conditions, and safe shipping every single time.
Davion's Mega Charizard Sketch
Charizard has always held a special place at our table. Davion sat down and hand-drew this Mega Charizard artwork to capture that fiery energy and nostalgia. It's a reminder that Pokémon isn't just about card values or PSA 10 slabs—it's about imagination, creativity, and sharing passions as a family.
You'll spot this drawing right behind our Whatnot stream desk during live auction nights!
